I have worked professionally as an Illustrator, Art Director and Designer for over 20 years. In that time I have worked in a wide variety of both in house art departments and agency’s as well as a continuous on going freelance career.
I have done everything from Wrestling Tee Shirts to Storyboards and design for animated shows for major networks to major campaigns for international brands.
2009 - 2017 Illustrational Specialist / Creative Manager / Senior Designer with the sports licensed division of Adidas North America.
Hired as head of NFL graphics. Transitioned to quick to market team when NFL license lapsed.
• My team increased sales in the quick-to-market branded graphics department from $2.4 million in 2016 overall to over $4 million YTD by end of 2nd quarter of 2017, exceeding organization-wide corporate goal of a 15-25% increase.
• I personally created the top selling design within this category, with nearly half a million sales from this one graphic alone (YTD sales as of Aug. 2017).
• My team improved delivery time, by streamlining process and prioritizing workflow. We managed to develop quick to market process that improved delivery times from art brief to shipped product from 3 weeks to 10 days.
• In 2009 I developed an on-trend additional quarterly packages (the Rebel Collection) that generated additional sales that offset loss of sales with Tee Shirt category.
2000-2008: Senior Art Director / Art Director with World Wrestling Entertainment.
Hired as head of Live Events team. Worked across all departments including Pay-Per-View marketing, consumer products division (all merchandise including T shirt graphics, memorabilia, and all product packaging) and Live Event marketing.
• As Art Director with the Consumer Products Group we increased average top tier t-shirt sale from $80,000 sell through per shirt to $150,000
• My design for the Triple H double skull shirt was one of the best-selling shirts in WWE history, with 2.8 million in sale for the first three months never leaving top 5 selling shirts on ShopZone (WWE e-commerce direct sales website) for the length of production (9 more months)
• My team executed every kind of design for WWE from video packaging to pay-per-view campaigns, trade shows booths, promotional content, POP/POS content with retail partners, marketing, international tours, and Live Event advertising.
